Notification of Issues: In the event of any problems or concerns with your merchandise, please notify us promptly by sending an email to t24@swagify.com within 2 days from the date of receiving your shipment. To be eligible for assistance, items must remain in their original packaging.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives with any damage, kindly send us a photograph of the damaged items via email to t24@swagify.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Failure to report damage within this 48-hour timeframe may result in us being unable to honor your claim.
